Establishing what you need
Momentum South West tailor all of our training, specifically to your business. This means we get greater buy-in from delegates and longer lasting results. Our in-house programmes work really well when we follow our 3-step process.
Step 1 is Observation
We visit your premises, meet the team, spend time getting to know your business, your market, your ambitions. This stage can sometimes involve speaking with customers and competitors. It’s thorough and our findings are summarised in a proposal for what happens next, in stage 2.
Step 2 is Delivery
This stage is often a tailor-made training course or team workshop. The delegate learning styles and experience is considered and our sessions always centre around practical skills and ongoing action.
Step 3 is Embed
It’s important that delegates have the opportunity to try out their new learning and figure out how to best use the skills in their daily work life. After a few weeks, old habits can creep back in or challenges are experienced which hinder progress. We offer a follow up and provide some coaching and support to embed and ensure long-term success.
